Preparation: You will also add: 2 eggs (size M) 125 ml cooking oil (e.g., sunflower oil) 100 ml milk (1.5% fat) or water Oven: 1. Prepare the batter: Put the baking mix, eggs, cooking oil, and milk or water into a mixing bowl and using an electric hand mixer (beater), mix briefly on the lowest setting, then mix on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until creamy. Remove about 1 tablespoon of the chocolate chunks. Mix the remaining chocolate pieces into the batter. 2. Baking: Place 12 baking cups on a baking sheet. Divide the batter evenly into the cups using 2 spoons and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chunks. Bake on the middle rack in a preheated oven (recommendation: top/bottom heat) for 17–20 minutes. 3. Enjoy: Before taking them out, check with a wooden skewer if the muffins are baked through. After baking, place the muffins on a wire rack to cool. They taste best slightly warm.
