- Preparation:

Mix the contents of the package with a whisk in 3/4 liter of cold water until the dough firms up.
Note: Do not mix in reverse. -
Let the dough swell for 10 minutes and then form dumplings (toasted white bread cubes are often added to the center).

Place the formed dumplings simultaneously into a sufficient amount of boiling salted water, boil briefly (approx. 1 minute), and then let them sit on low heat for 20 minutes (do not boil anymore). Done!
